Sometimes the pain is not one single event. Sometimes it is the quiet accumulation of being dismissed, overwhelmed, unseen, pressured, or left to hold too much for too long.
Life is stressful — and the daily weight of our interactions with others adds invisible layers of pressure that often go unnoticed and unnamed. Many of us push those experiences down, moving through life on autopilot, only to find ourselves reacting in ways we don't fully recognize.
The irritability. The withdrawal. The emotional overwhelm. What shows up on the surface is often something much deeper — the small, repeated, invisible wounds that accumulate over time. The dismissals. The overload. The moments you had to shrink or stay silent.
